Avengers: Endgame beats Monster Hunt 2 and The Fate of the Furious; becomes highest opener at the China box office ever!

We revealed to you how Avengers: Endgame has opened to a humongous day 1 collection of Rs 755 crore at the China box office. With that it became the highest opener for a Marvel film in the country, but that’s not it! It also beat Monster Hunt 2 and The Fate of the Furious‘ day 1 record to become the highest opener at the China box office ever! Huge, isn’t it? If you look at the highest opening day grossers at the China box office, then you’ll realise what we are trying to say.

While local film Monster Hunt 2 (Rs 600 crore) and Hollywood movie The Fate of The Furious (Rs 490 crore) were the highest opening day grossers till now, Avengers: Endgame (Rs 755 crore) has displaced them.
