Avengers Endgame box office collection day 3 China: Marvel’s superhero film earns Rs 1510 crore

Avengers: Endgame released in China on April 24 and since then, it has gone on a record breaking run at the box office. The movie had collected a massive Rs 755 crore (including paid previews) on day 1 (April 24, Wednesday), making it the all-time highest opener in the Chinese market. On day 2 (April 25, Thursday), the movie slowed down, but still managed to add another Rs 325 crore. And on day 3 (April 26, Friday), Avengers: Endgame saw a decent spike  raking in Rs 430 crore. With that, the overall box office tally of the Marvel movie now stands at Rs 1510 crore at the China box office. Massive, isn’t it?

The Chinese audience have loved each and every Marvel movie, especially the Avengers series. This fact, paired with the huge buzz the film had generated by being the last of the franchise, made us believe that Avengers: Endgame would go on a record breaking run in China. And that’s what happened! With the weekend just kicking in, we expect the movie to continue raking in the moolah. We think, it will collect more than Rs 2000 crore over the extended weekend!
