De De Pyaar De star Ajay Devgn is a bankable star at the box office

Ajay Devgn is one of the most popular superstars in Bollywood. His command over the masses is unparalleled. And with his next, De De Pyaar De coming out today (April 16, paid previews), everyone’s damn excited. We expect people to flock to the theatre to watch the movie. And we are sure, De De Pyaar De will earn a huge amount at the box office. Not only because of its story, but Ajay’s popularity too! Every star has their intrinsic value at the box office in terms of what their films can potentially do. And the kind of numbers that an Ajay Devgn film does on an average is pretty respectable in comparison to the kind of money spent on them. I just hope that he can do more films that are backed not only by star-power, but also by great scripts hope that it continues to happen, like it happened with Drishyam, Raid and like it looks like happening with De De Pyaar De. I see no reason why his films can’t do very well.”
