Judgementall Hai Kya box office collection: How will Rajkummar Rao’s film fare over the first weekend?

Rajkummar Rao’s Judgementall Hai Kya is all set to release this Friday (July 26). While the film looks quirky and interesting, the delay has made everyone skeptical. It has got mileage in the last few weeks due to a controversy stirred by a Bollywood actress who is a part of the movie, but how will it fare at the box office? To know that and more, we spoke to our trade expert – Akshaye Rathi (exhibitor and distributor) and here’s what he had to say…

Talking about the buzz, Akshaye said that the film has potential. As he mentioned exclusively, “Judgementall Hai Kya looks extremely quirky, intriguing and it will be absolute shocker for the audience. The reports that are coming in are pretty exciting. I’d like to believe that an actor like Rajkummar Rao, who is known to play roles which are very different in a very good manner, should be able to do justice to this kind of a subject. The movie has also been in the news for all sorts of reasons. And therefore, the visibility for it is very brazen in the minds of people. So am sure in a time where quirky and different kind of movies are doing well, I feel no reason why this cannot have a potential to achieve interesting numbers at the box office.”
