Kabir Singh box office collection prediction: Shahid Kapoor – Kiara Advani’s film will earn THIS amount over the first weekend

Shahid Kapoor – Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh has been one of the most talked about films. The official remake of the Telugu hit – Arjun Reddy, the movie looks really good. The songs as well as the trailer have been well appreciated. People are excited to see Shahid and Kiara in never-seen-before avatars and also to see how they match up to the Telugu hit. This will surely enable the film to have a good opening at the box office. But what is the trade buzz around Kabir Singh? To know that and more, we spoke to trade expert – Akshaye Rathi (exhibitor and distributor).

While talking about how the film is looking, Akshaye also predicted its opening day and first weekend collections at the box office. Talking to us exclusively Akshaye said, “Kabir Singh looks really interesting. The buzz is decent and it should open to a box office collection of Rs 7.50 – 8 crores on day 1. It should see an upward trend over the first weekend and rake in Rs 25 – 30 crore at the box office. Beyond that, it all depends on the merit of the film.”
