Salman Khan’s Bharat crushes Kalank; becomes the second highest box office opener of 2019

Salman Khan’s Bharat has taken a blockbuster start at the box office. In fact, after raking in Rs 42.30 crore on day 1, the movie broke quite a few records! And it has also crushed Kalank‘s day 1 collection. However, it failed to match up to Avengers: Endgame‘s opening day collection in India. So after defeating Kalank and trailing from Avengers: Endgame, Salman Khan’s film has become the second highest box office opener of 2019. If you look at all the day 1 collections of this year’s films, you’ll realise what we are talking about!
Currently, Avengers: Endgame (all versions) is the highest box office opener of 2019 with a day 1 collection of Rs 53 crore. Bharat comes in at number two with an opening day collection of Rs 42.30 crore.
