Well, it is none other than Vicky Kaushal. Yes, Uri: The Surgical Strike had a marvellous run at the box office, raking in a massive amount. This made him bag the numero uno position amongst the actors. Next up is Anil Kapoor, who had two releases – Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga and Total Dhamaal. Both of them performed well and helped him grab the second spot. The third spot and final place is taken by Ajay Devgn. Talking about 2019’s first quarter, Akshaye Rathi (exhibitor and distributor) exclusively told us, “Uri: The Surgical Strike did incredible business, becoming one of the top 10 all-time highest grosser of Hindi Cinema, which is terrific. We also had Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Kesari, Gully Boy, Total Dhamaal, all of which did Rs 100 crore plus business. With as many films doing so well in the quarter, I feel it is absolutely incredible.” We can just wonder what surprise the second quarter throws at us!
