X-Men – Dark Phoenix Box Office collection early estimates: Marvel’s superhero film will rake in Rs 1.5 crore on day 1 in India

X-Men: Dark Phoenix released in India today (June 5) and it looks like the Sophie Turner-starrer film took a decent start at the Box Office. Being a Marvel film, the film had generated a huge buzz before its release, not just in India, but across the world! With so much buzz, we wondered how much would the popular franchise film earn at the Indian Box Office? So we got in touch with our trade expert Akshay Rathi and here’s what the experts had to say…

A multiplex source revealed to us exclusively, “The film has a limited release in India. Also, keeping in mind that Bharat has released and it is a weekday, the film might gradually pick up the pace. It is expected to earn 1 – 1.5 crores at the end of Day 1.” He added that the franchise film has a strong fan-base and it will pick up eventually during the weekend. Have you watched the film yet?
