Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: It’s a tie between Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan for the Kartik Aaryan-starrer?

The 2007 release Bhool Bhulaiyaa starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan was one of the best horror-comedy films and now the makers are all set to bring the magic back with its sequel. While team CineBlitz had exclusively informed you that Akshay and Vidya will have a special role in the film, Kartik Aaryan was roped in for the role of the protagonist. Now the buzz is that Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan are being considered for the female lead in the film.

According to an entertainment news portal, “The makers, T-Series along with Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde want a younger cast for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and right now, the script is being finalised. They have a few options in mind. It will mostly be a pick between Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. Both of them have positioned themselves really well and now, it depends on who can schedule their dates for the film.”

The report also stated that the lead actress’ part is really challenging and it has no connection with the first part of the film. The female character will be a really important part of the story and the makers want someone who can not only act but also look really good opposite Kartik. Once the script is finalised, they will start approaching actresses. Well, now it will be fun to see who gets roped in for the role!

Meanwhile, Kartik will be seen with Sara in Imtiaz Ali’s film Aaj Kal. He will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Dostana 2 alongside Janhvi Kapoor. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more news and updates.
