Rhea Chakraborty, who was last seen in Mahesh Bhatt’s Jalebi, has been missing from the set life for a while now. Though her film tanked at the box office, the Jalebi actress impressed the audience with her performance. And while everyone was waiting for Rhea to announce her next project, she instead did a music video with Jassie Gill titled Surma Kaala. The music video was released a few days back and once again it left the audience wanting for more. Well, worry not because we have got good news for all Rhea Chakraborty fans! The good-looking actress has indeed signed a new film.
Without giving away any details about the film or her role, Rhea exclusively told team CineBlitz that her next film will be with Kriti Kharbanda. Though the two won’t have any scenes together, fans will get to see them on the big screen. Apparently, Radhika Apte was first approached for the film but the team eventually decided to rope in these two beautiful ladies. The film in the question reportedly stars Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles as well and will be directed by Rumi Jaffery. But now we will have to wait for an official announcement regarding the same.
