Cannes 2019: Deepika Padukone looks drop dead gorgeous on the red carpet

This is the 72nd Cannes film festival and the French Riviera is always about fashion from all over the world! We have been seeing lot of our Indian women slaying the red carpet, making headlines along the years. The three renowned faces that walk the red carpet since years are Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The three of them endorse the same beauty brand (cosmetic).

This year, according to the line up, Deepika is walking the red carpet first, followed by Aishwarya, and then Sonam.

And we have waited for this moment from the day the Cannes festival started (May 14). Deepika wore an off-white gown by Peter Dundas (exactly the way we predicted) with a thigh-high slit, and a huge bow-tie on her waist. The plunging neckline and the leg-of-mutton sleeves accentuate her svelte upper body. The subtle make-up with Egyptian eyeliner and a high-tied sleek ponytail  summed up the look. The diamond hoops, and bracelets on her wrists accessorize the look. Deepika is surely turning up the heat on the red carpet, and we must say the eyeliner and the huge bow around her waist are the highlights of the whole look, and of course, the thigh-high slit!
