Cannes 2019: Huma Qureshi plays safe at the red carpet with her gravity-defying gown
Huma Qureshi makes a safe fashion choice as she wears Indian designer Gaurav Gupta at the Cannes Film Festival’s red carpet

Huma has been attending Cannes for some years and the first time she came here was for promoting her film Gangs of Wasseypur. Her collaboration for Cannes Film Festival with Grey Goose, a well-known alcohol brand and her bold personality has worked wonders for a prestigious red carpet event.
She has been making some great fashion statements at the event but we weren’t really fond of her looks from this year. However, we’re waiting for tonight and she is wearing Gaurav Gupta’s signature gravity-defying ruffled gown in grey. Accessorising the look with blue sapphire earrings and some subtle make-up, Huma has tried to play safe. This look wasn’t meant for an international red carpet event, but we don’t blame the garment!
