 Malaika Arora and her fitness and lifestyle choices are an open secret to the world. The diva is often seen giving us fitness goals every time we see her nailing a hardcore routine in the gym.  On the other hand Sara Ali Khan has publicly spoken about her being overweight and her battle to overcome her weight and health issues giving inspiration to many young kids who look up to her. Both Malaika and Sara often have paparazzi clicking them going in and out of the gym regularly.

In a video shared by Pilates guru, Namrata Purohit, Sara Ali Khan and Malaika Arora are seen working out on the Cadillac reformer and the video gives us a serious midweek motivation to get off the couch and hit the gym. Looks like Malaika has found a perfect workout partner in Sara, and together they are nailing all workouts thrown at them. Check out the video:

The duo has been making news regularly on both professional and personal front.  Sara has debuted in the industry with two major hits –Kedarnath and Simbaa.  Meanwhile rumours have been floating about Sara possibly appearing with Kartik Aaryan in a film directed by Love Aaj Kal director Imtiaz Ali. While speaking to a tabloid recently Sara said, “I can’t talk about it because we haven’t announced anything regarding it. Now, we are at drawing board and trying to work out things. As of now, nothing is confirmed, but we are working towards a film but right now, I can’t say anything about it.”

Meanwhile Malaika and rumoured boyfriend Arjun Kapoor have been in the news lately for their alleged affair. However, the two have not made it public, but that doesn’t stop them from being spotted together at multiple occasions.  We are excited for the two women nonetheless. What do you think?
