’83: Ranveer Singh – Pritam collaborate for the film’s anthem and we are excited!

Kabir Khan’s ’83 is already touted to be one of the most-looked-forward-to films. From its ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Salim to its prep videos that have surfaced online, everything about this film spells authenticity. And now another big name has been added to the impressive list of Team 83. Pritam has come on board for the film as the music director. The team of ’83 took to their social media page to make this exciting announcement.

Pritam will be creating a special anthem for the film. Sharing his excitement, Ranveer posted a picture with Pritam and director Kabir and captioned it as “We got an all-star, Pritamda, it’s an honour to be collaborating with you on @83thefilm   Let’s make an anthem! Let’s make it iconic!” Well, with a trio like this the song will surely be iconic. Interestingly, this will be Pritam’s first collaboration with Ranveer Singh and the three are really excited about this new venture.

Kabir Khan also shared his excitement and was reported saying that ‘83 is an extremely inspirational story of human triumph with a lot of humour and emotion along the journey and the album, which Pritam is creating, will capture all these elements. Needless to say, the team will be making an iconic sports anthem.
