Hasti DoshiAamir Khan is one of the most successful Bollywood stars who has gone beyond just doing films. The star constantly goes the extra mile by addressing several issues plaguing our society and taking up social causes. His show Satyamev Jayate became an instant hit because of the sort of stories that were shared on the platform that connected and inspired the public. Now recently Aamir along with his wife Kiran Rao have started a new show named Toofan Aalaya. The actor has even posted some stills from this show which streams on YouTube via his social media.
This new show aims at creating awareness among people regarding the scarcity of water in the smaller villages of Maharashtra. The video lasts for around 45 minutes and the best part is that the voice-over is done by Aamir in Marathi language which is more effective and will have a better reach. The show also presents small clips and stories from various villages and about the help his Paani Foundation has been providing them with. Aamir shared the clip on Instagram with the caption: “Hey guys please watch the first episode of Kiran & my TV show, Toofan Aalaya. Tell me what you think? This film will be adapted from the Hollywood film Forrest Gump and will release in 2020. His last film was the multi-starrer Thugs Of Hindustan which didn’t do well at box office.
