We all know how Aamir Khan’s son Junaid was preparing for his debut on the big screen this year. However, while the starkid is now waiting for another project instead of Lal Singh Chaddha to make his debut, there’s another member of the Khan family who’s made a debut as an actor. Read on to know who this surprising Khan is.

Well, CineBlitz has exclusively learned that this Khan is none other than Aamir Khan’s sister Nikhat Khan. Yes, that’s right. Aamir’s sister has stepped into Bollywood and she will be making her big screen debut with Anurag Kashyap’s Saand Ki Aankh. Co-producer Nidhi Parmar felt that Nikhat was the perfect fit for a specific role in the film. She told CineBlitz, “I had seen her photographs somewhere so I decided to approach her for the role which is totally apt for her.”

Interestingly, Nikhat too was keen on acting and so when she was approached for the project, she immediately came on board. Not much is revealed about her role in the film, but it will be fun to see how well does Mr Perfectionist’s sister act on the big screen.

Saand Ki Aankh is an exciting story for many reasons. Not only does it mark the collaboration of an amazing trio – Anurag Kashyap, Taapsee Pannu, Bhumi Pednekar but also the storyline of the film is very intriguing. Showcasing the story of two octogenarian sharpshooters – Chandro Tomar and her sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar, the film even released the interesting first look of its lead characters. The film is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and is produced by Nidhi Parmar, Anurag Kashyap in association with Reliance Entertainment. The film is slated for a Diwali release.
