Aditya Pancholi granted bail in the rape case!

Aditya Pancholi once again grabbed headlines later last week when a Bollywood actress filed a case of rape against the actor. The recent update this morning is that Aditya has been given a bail in the case after submitting a bond of Rs 30,000.

Aditya Pancholi has received a bail from the Dinsdoshi Session Court in the recent case filed against him by an actress. The actor has been given bail on a bond of Rs 30,000 and on the condition that he has to appear in the Versova police station every Wednesday. On June 27, an actress filed an FIR against Aditya in which she alleged him of raping, abusing and intimating her from time-to-time when she came to Mumbai in 2004 to pursue acting. The actress stated in her report, that it all began when Aditya spiked her drink and forced himself on her physically. He also took her pictures and started blackmailing her. She also stated how he had also beaten up her sister and they had filed a complaint then as well.
