Speculations are rife that the makers had taken the decision after the government decided to boycott Pakistan and the FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) demanded a ban on Pakistani artistes. However, it is not the case! In fact, it was a decision taken by Ajay Devgn. Yes, the latest exclusive news that we got is that superstar has gone ahead and taken this decision! He tweeted, “In light of the current situation the team of Total Dhamaal has decided to not release the film in Pakistan.”

But there’s more to this story! As a trade source reveals to us exclusively, “Total Dhamaal was set for a huge release in Pakistan. In fact, the censor screening was supposed to take place today (February 18) evening. But Ajay Devgn told the makers to stop it and not release the movie in the country. This has left the studio, the distributors and the Pakistani exhibitors in a fix.” However, seems like the people across India have welcomed this decision.
