Ajay Devgn’s father Veeru Devgan passes away

Ajay Devgn’s father and veteran action and stunt director Veeru Devgan passed away today (May 27) morning following a massive cardiac arrest. Veeru Devgan was ailing for quite some time now. The popular action director was a well-known and a much-loved personality in Bollywood. The funeral will take place later in the evening today at Vile Parle.

The veteran action director has done action and stunt choreography for more than 100 films, and some of the most popular ones include Pukar, Mr India and Shahenshah. Veeru Devgan also tried his hand at direction withHindustan Ki Kasam in the year 1999. He also turned producer for a few films. Father to superstar Ajay Devgn, his younger son Anil Devgn is also a director. He also has two daughters, Neelam and Kavita. The industry will always remember Veeru Devgan for his immense contribution to the field of cinema. Our condolences to the family.
