Akshay Kumar said, “I follow 7, 12, 5 into 40. It basically means I eat breakfast at 7 am, lunch at 12 pm and dinner by 5 pm. And every piece of food I chew 40 times. That is the best way to lead a life and I have read it in our holy books, am I correct?” Narendra Modi also agreed and praised him for following the routine.
