We have often seen celebs making some blunders on social media, and this time it was Amitabh Bachchan whose tweet seems to have backfired. Though fans always love what the megastar shares on social networking sites, recently, when Big B expressed his concern about the rains on Twitter, many of us could relate to his tweet. However, turns out that the piece of news that Mr Bachchan tweeted, was fake and Big B fell for it.

The piece claimed that NASA has developed a generator that creates artificial clouds that can lead to instant rains.  Big B shared the clip and wrote, “… can we get one in India.. I mean right now.. RIGHT NOW.. PLEASE !!” But sadly it was fake news. In fact, this is not the first time that this video has made its way to social media, it was largely circulated last year as well. Check out the tweet here:

Workwise, Amitabh is currently busy shooting for Shoojit Sircar’s Gulabo Sitabo along with Ayushmann Khurrana in Lucknow. He will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra alongside Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates from Bollywood.
