Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is a delight to watch on the big screen. Be it Badla, 102 Not Out, Piku or even Paa, the veteran superstar till date manages to give actors a run for their money. And now Bollywood’s Big B is venturing into South cinema, the 76-year-old actor will be making his debut in the Tamil film, Uyarndha Manithan. Sr Bachchan will be seen alongside director turned actor SJ Suryah in the film. In fact, the preps for his film have already begun and seeing the pictures we can say that Mr Bachchan is enjoying every bit of the shoot.
Last week we came across Amitabh Bachchan’s first look from the film, and now the stills that have been shared by Big B on his personal blog are giving us some more insight into the film. The senior actor has also shared some pictures on his Twitter handle this morning and as a photo of one of the most celebrated Tamil actors Sivaji Ganesan is seen on the wall, Big B has written praises about the same in his tweet. In the other stills (from his blog) we see Big B sitting with bundles of Rs 2000 notes in front of him, another still shows Mr Bachchan running behind someone. The Hindi-Tamil bilingual is being directed by Tamizhvaanan of Kalvanin Kaadhali. It is also reported that Amitabh Bachchan’s co-star from Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998), Ramya Krishnan will be seen sharing screen space with him in this film. If so happens, the two will work together after 21 years. Back in Bollywood, Mr Bachchan will be next seen in Brahmastra that also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
