Amitabh Bachchan has been very vocal about all the matters that concern his fans. His wise words bring weight to even the tiniest of the matters. No wonder, he has been a part of many social awareness campaigns. And now he is a part of yet another interesting project. Yesterday, Big B introduced us to the super cops of Mumbai in a rather cool way. He shared a video on his Twitter account and presented these ninjas aka ‘Quick Response Team’. And it left us amazed and saying, “How’s the josh? High sir!”
The video begins with Amitabh Bachchan talking about the horrific 26/11 attacks and the sad outcome of it. He then adds, “These elite commandos are trained and ready to keep Mumbai and its residents safe.” The supercops will act as the US SWAT team and have been well trained to fight and overcome the aftermath of any terror attacks. Amitabh’s deep baritone and facial expressions add to the drama and we all can agree that no one else could have made this video look so terrific and impactful on the screen. Well, it did bring a lot of energy in us and we are very proud of the Mumbai Police for taking this initiative. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the AD film is produced by Yash Raj Films. Check out the video right here and share your thoughts on it.

On the professional front, Amitabh is busy promoting his next film Badla. Directed by Sujoy Gosh, the film is a suspense drama which co-stars Taapsee Pannu too. Since the two have united again after delivering a masterpiece like Pink, everyone’s expectations are quite high this time around as well. Amitabh will also make an appearance in Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra. Produced under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles.
