Amrita Rao wants Sara Ali Khan to play her role in the remake of Ishq Vishk

Vivah-famed actress Amrita Rao has given many successful hits in her career including Ishq Vishk, which marked the Bollywood debut of Kabir Singh actor Shahid Kapoor. Recently, the actress showed an interest in the remake of the movie and asked Sara Ali Khan to play her role of Payal.

In an interview, she revealed her happiness when asked about her film being remade. When asked if she would act in it, she jokingly said, “The way I look right now, I think I can (be) cast opposite Ishaan (Khatter) in Ishq Vishk 2! I am just kidding. Who is going to be the next Payal? Let’s rather have a quiz on that.” She selected Sara over Janhvi Kapoor, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday to play her role of a simple college-going girl and said, “Maybe Sara can play Payal and Tara can play Shenaz’s (Treasury) character.”
