Anurag Kashyap – Pa Ranjith team up for a mega project?

Anurag Kashyap, who has always expressed his love for regional movies, might be venturing into one again. In the past, he has been a part of Tamil films where he played the villain in Ajay Gnanamuthu directorial Imaikkaa Nodigal. And now looks like he will be working with the Kaala director Pa Ranjith on a movie. The two met recently met over a meal and shared the pictures online.

Ranjith and Anurag Kashyap discussed the politics spoken by Kaala and the technical finesse of the movie. Ranjith said, “Dear Anurag Kashyap, I have been a big fan of your films. Happy to have spent this evening with you. I am glad you liked Kaala. Thanks for the conversation and the great food.” Time and again, Kashyap has expressed his wish to work with the Kaala director and this meeting might be a confirmation of the same.

Apart from this, Anurag is all set to tell the story of the two UP-based octogenarian sharpshooters – Chandro Tomar and her sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar – with his production Saand Ki Aankh.
