Even with some challenges in its way, Article 15 is edging up to the Rs 50 Crore mark at the domestic Box Office in the second week of its release.

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Article 15 now stands on total collects of Rs 46.21 crore at the Indian Box Office and is slowly inching towards the Rs 50 Crore mark. What is to be noticed here is that the film had a few challenges including the new release Spider-man: Far From Home, the blockbuster hit Kabir Singh and the ongoing Cricket World Cup. The film still managed to sail through all and make some money.

Article 15 is based on Article 15 of our constitution which deals with discrimination on the basis of caste, colour, gender and religion. It stars Ayushmann as a cop who investigates the murder of two girls in a remote village in India. For more box office updates, stay tuned to CineBlitz.
