Badla: Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan’s dialogue promo will leave you intrigued

Sujoy Ghosh has already impressed us with his suspense thriller franchise Kahaani. And now we are eagerly waiting to see what his next film Badla is all about. Starring the powerful duo – Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu – Badla is the official adaptation of the Spanish film The Invisible Guest. The spine-chilling trailer of the same was released a few weeks ago and it definitely set the bar high for the film. Add to that, the makers have dropped a new promotional video today (February 27) and we have to say that it has left us even more intrigued.

Talking about the rip-roaring promo, we can see Naina (Taapsee Pannu) pleading to her lawyer Badal (Amitabh Bachchan) in the video. She asks him to save her from getting into trouble. She says that someone is trying to frame her for the murder of her partner. Amitabh’s character steals the show by responding with a powerful dialogue. He says that she can sit and cry about it or take his help and save herself from getting arrested. Though the video is hardly a few seconds long, it makes a solid impact. So if you’re still not sure whether to buy the tickets for this film or not then take a look at the video and we are sure that it will ease your confusion.

This is the second time that Amitabh is essaying the role of Taapsee’s lawyer. We saw him defending Pink her case in as well which turned out to be a big blockbuster. So let’s hope they taste box office success once again with Badla. Anyway, apart from Ghosh’s directorial venture, both Taapsee and Big B have few more films lined up. While the Manmarziyaan actress has Anurag Kashyap’s Saand Ki Aankh, Senior Bachchan will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra and Nagraj Manjule’s Jhund.
