BARC Report Week 24: Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya take the top spots

TRPs play a very important role for television shows. And while in the past we have seen shows going off air due to low ratings, some makers also change the show platforms frequently to sustain good TRPs. And in the week 24 report issued by BARC, Ekta Kapoor’s shows on Zee TV have taken the top spots.

Yes, the data released by BARC shows that in the Hindi GEC (Urban) category, Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar’s Kundali Bhagya has gotten the highest impressions which are 7567 (June 8-June 14). Following the Zee TV show is Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia’s Kumkum Bhagya in the second spot with 7461 impressions. The third position is taken by the dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 3. Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and Tujhse Hai Raabta are in the fourth and fifth position respectively.

Going by BARC’s Hindi GEC impressions, Kumkum Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya are in the first and second spot. Reem Shaikh and Sehbaan Azim’s Tujhse Hai Raabta is on number 3. While Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has taken the fourth spot, the new entrant on the TRP chart that completes the top 5 is Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
