Barkha Singh had a Gala time working on Maja Maa

Barkha Singh has been on a spree with back-to-back releases. From winning our hearts with Maahi in The Great Wedding of Munnes to making us fall in love with Sanya from Please Find Attached, Barkha has always kept her fans entertained with her varied roles. Soon she will be seen sharing the screen with Madhuri Dixit, Rajit Kapur, Sheeba Chaddha, and Gajraj Rao for Maja Maa. Recently the makers dropped the trailer of the film and audiences can’t wait to unravel her never seen before avatar. Speaking about working with such an ensemble cast, Barkha Shared, “I find myself very lucky to be a part of a film like Maja Maa and share screen space with Madhuri Dixit, Sheeba Chaddha, Rajit Kapur and Gajraj Rao. Anand Tiwari was such a visionary captain of the ship. They all are so experienced and have such an amazing body of work behind them. When I got over the initial jitters, I learnt a lot by observing them. They were very sweet to give timely advice and tips on how you can read and interpret a scene better.”

The actress further added, “When we were shooting outside Mumbai, we would do dinners, movies and they would bring little gifts for us if they found something interesting. We were like a big family. I have learnt a lot about my craft and myself on this film. It’s been a phenomenal experience.”

After watching the trailer of Maja Maa, fans cannot keep their eyes away from Barkha and how she ace’s her role with the accent. Soon, the actress will be announcing more exciting projects in the coming year.
