Bharat starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is just three days away from its release. Before the film hits the big screens, Salman wanted to make sure that the film gets all its certifications. And here we are not only talking about the certification from the Central Board of Film Certification but also about the certification from Salman’s father Salim Khan, which is very important for the actor.

While CBFC gave no cuts in the film, Salim Khan suggested trimming almost 25 minutes of the film and Salman did as directed by his father. Going by reports, Salim reportedly felt that at a runtime of three hours, Bharat was too long, and wanted it to be trimmed down to 165 minutes. Hence director Ali Abbas Zafar made 24 cuts in the film. Well, three hours or 165 minutes, we are sure the fans cannot wait to see the film.

Talking about BHARAT, it is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Sunil Grover, the film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Alvira Agnihotri, Atul Agnihotri, Krishan Kumar under the banners of T-Series, Reel Life Productions and Salman Khan Films. Bharat releases this Eid on June 5. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates on Bharat and other Bollywood news.
