Salman-Khan

Salman Khan’s Bharat is eagerly awaited especially now that we have seen the film’s poster. Yes, after a teaser which came out in January, the makers released a poster from the film today and it has only left many talking. The poster shows an older version of Salman Khan but it also has 2010 written on it which makes us wonder, what is the connection between that year and Salman’s character in the film? But there is a lot more to read between the lines from this film’s poster and in case you failed to notice, we are now pointing it out for you.

Is that boy Salman Khan, who Jackie Shroff is protecting?

In the extreme corner of the poster, we see Jackie Shroff holding a kid, making us wonder if he is going to play Salman’s father in the film? Also, he is seen protecting the boy from someone, a part of the story is based in the pre-independence era and we are really keen to find out what is Jackie trying to protect the boy from. Also, we guess the boy grows up to be Salman Khan who lives to tell the tale.

Sonali Kulkarni is seen with two kids which makes us wonder if Sunil Grover is playing Salman’s brother

Actress Sonali Kulkarni who is seen in the poster’s extreme corner seems to be playing Salman’s mother in the film. But going by her look in the poster, she seems to have two kids. This makes us wonder if Sunil Grover will play Salman’s brother in the film.

An important chapter of history seems to be recreated on the poster

On the extreme right of the poster, we see a train stopped by people, and this would only make us go back to our history classes for it would recreate an important part of the independence struggle. Going by the still, we guess it is the Kakori train incident that has been recreated.

While we all have loved Salman Khan’s older version, we are now waiting for Katrina’s look from the film to be out. This Ali Abbas Zafar directorial is releasing on Eid (June 5) this year.
