2018 was quite an eventful year for Janhvi Kapoor. While she made her big Bollywood debut with Dhadak, on the other hand, she lost her mother Sridevi a few months before the release of her film. After impressing everyone with her act in Dhadak, Janhvi obviously became although more popular and today she is one of the most talked-about actresses in B-town. And the fact that she is just one film old clearly says she is a superstar in the making, right peeps? Today, the Dhadak heroine has turned 22 and it’s great to see how well things have shaped up for her.
While Janhvi has been busy shooting in Lucknow for her film Kargil Girl, she took off to Varanasi for her birthday along with her father Boney Kapoor and younger sister Khushi Kapoor. The pretty actress visited Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple along with her family ahead of her special day. Later, the 22-year-old also celebrated her birthday in the same hotel where they were staying. Both Boney and Khushi made some arrangements for her and Janhvi was indeed surprised by their sweet gesture. And just a while back, she took to Instagram and thanked all her well-wishers and fans for showering love on her. Janhvi posted a picture and wrote, “Thankful & grateful. For all your love and blessings. For every opportunity. For my family. For my country. Love you all!”
Earlier in the day, Janhvi also shared a picture of her father on her Instagram story wherein he is seen chilling in a private big garden with some chocolates in his hand, looking at the camera and smiling. Along with the picture, the Kapoor girl wrote, “Best gift ever.” Awww that’s sweet, right?
While Janhvi is enjoying her special day with her father and sister, birthday messages have been pouring in for her on social media since morning. Apart from her fans, her family members also wished her on Instagram. In fact, Simmba actress Sara Ali Khan also did the same. Though the two have been pitted against each other ever since their debut projects were announced, both have always shown a lot of love for each other. Sara posted a picture on her Instagram story and wrote, “Happy Birthday @janhvikapoor. Have an amazing day and a wonderful year ahead.”
