The Cricket World Cup 2019 has begun in England and Team India is in top form under captain Virat Kohli. However, looks like he is in trouble back home. The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) has slapped a fine of Rs 500 on the ace cricketer after his domestic help was seen washing Virat’s car with drinking water.
Kohli owns almost six cars. When his neighbours observed that his house-help was using drinking water to wash all the cars and thousands of litres of drinking water was being wasted in the process, they filed a complaint. Summers in Delhi are known for the heat waves and this month it has caused acute shortage of drinking water. We wonder what captain Kohli and wife, actress Anushka Sharma have to say about this.
Meanwhile Team India who begun their World Cup Campaign is shining bright in the queen’s country. In the first match the team tasted victory with a six wicket win. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more such news and updates.
