Deepika Padukone invests in a space-tech start-up – read details

Deepika Padukone is a successful actress, but at the same time she is also a smart investor. Lately, the Padmaavat actress has been interested to invest her funds in different companies. She has already become a fashion entrepreneur with her label, All About You and now she has made an investment in technology too.

The actress is one of the investors in an IISc-incubated space tech start-up called Bellatrix Aerospace. The start-up is from Deepika’s hometown Bengaluru and the actress is one of the many investors in the 3 million dollar project. The project has 14 members and is gearing up to demonstrate its thruster technology in space.

On the work front, Deepika has wrapped up Meghna Gulzar’s directorial film Chhapaak where she is also co-producing the film. Other than this she will be seen playing the role of Kapil Dev’s wife in ’83. Stay tuned to CineBlitz for more updates on this front.
