Deepika Padukone wraps up Chhapaak!

Deepika Padukone’s unconventional choice of working in Meghna Gulzar’s directorial Chhapaak was highly praised by all. Deepika has been shooting for the same since a while and the team finally called it a wrap recently. Deepika took to her social media handle to announce the same. She even called the project one of the most precious films of her career.

Helmed by Raazi fame Meghna Gulzar and starring Deepika and Vikrant Massey, Chhapaak is inspired by the life of acid attack survivor Lakshmi Agarwal. The film will feature Deepika as the acid attack victim and the first look for the same was released a couple of months back. The team has completed the filming process and called it a wrap today as Deepika put up a picture with the complete cast and crew and announced the wrap with a heartfelt note. She wrote, “& it’s a wrap on THE MOST PRECIOUS film of my career…see you all at the movies!10.1.2020 #Chhapaak.”
