Dhanush on Sara Ali Khan’s Rinku: “It was brilliant role, and the beauty is that Sara knew it”

The early reviews of Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re are out, and all of them have heaped on praises for Sara Ali Khan. Recently, Dhanush also spoke about how Rinku was important to the story and Sara’s dedication to Rinku. In a recent talk show, Dhanush when speaking about Sara’s character, called it an important one, and justified and how she has brought complete justice to the role. He said, “I was pleasantly surprised by how seriously she took this part. She knew she landed a golden character, it’s a dream role for any artist. It is a brilliant role, and the beauty is that she knew it. She went all out with it, right from the beginning. She was very sincere and hardworking, it all comes from my heart.”

He had further added, “Sara is brimming with talent and her energy on set is infectious. We had a great time shooting for the film, both on and off screen. She is definitely a rising star to watch out for”.

Early reviews are out and sara’s performance as Rinku has been termed as a ‘show-stealer’, and she has been rightfully called the ‘heart and soul’ of the story. Looks like Sara has definitely stolen the show in Atrangi Re with her strong and impactful performance as Rinku. Fans have been waiting with a bated breath to see Rinku being brought to life by Sara. Atrangi Re also stars Akshay Kumar and Dhanush in the lead, and will be released on an OTT platform on 24th December.
