Hasti DoshiShekhar Kapur along with Anil Kapoor gave India one of its cult sci-fi films with Mr India. And while the Sridevi-Anil Kapoor starrer became famous for many reasons, seems like we might get to see a sequel for the film almost more than three decades later. Well, though not any official announcement is made, but their Twitter banter hints at something under works.
Recently, Shekhar Kapur tweeted, “Discussing the look for the next Mr India 2, or another movie together? You tell them @AnilKapoor !” replying to that Anil writes, “Feels like déjà vu! @shekharkapur & I are deep in discussion about something new and super exciting! We’re hoping to create the same magic we did before with Mr. India…The cap adjustment was lucky then, and it might do the trick this time as well!”
