Film & TV Actor Vikrant Rai gets his first dose of vaccination

Ever since the government started the vaccination drive, celebrities have been coming in to get their dose. Bollywood actor Vikrant Rai who is  known for his hit TV shows like  Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan, Maayka, Do Su Crore Ki BotalL & International TV series Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon Season 1-2-3 and who later successfully transitioned from TV to movies with films like Uvaa,Bhouri & Lucchey Laffangey, has now joined the list of several Bollywood celebrities who have taken vaccinations to fight the deadly corona virus in the country.

Vikrant finished shooting for his upcoming web series Love You Zindagi & headed straight to get his first dose of Covi Shield along with his wife Priya Dass & few close friends in Navi Mumbai at a camp organised by Apollo Hospital, CBD Belapur. Upon asking why he chose Covi Shield over Covaxine, the three films old actor replied that it was a random decision as he is aware both the vaccines have proven to be equally safe and effective. Vikrant wishes the country to be free from this pandemic soon. He also requested people to get vaccinated as soon as possible & insists on taking every necessary precaution even after taking both the doses of vaccine, like wearing his mask and using his bottle of sanitiser from time to time.
