Rohit Shetty’s action-comedy Simmba entering its third week is still running house-full. Though this week saw two reasonably big releases, namely URI: The Surgical Strike and The Accident Prime Minister, there is no trace of that affecting the sale of Simmba’s tickets at the Box Office.
The Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba released on December 28, 2018, and has already collected Rs 221.43 Cr at the Box Office. The action-comedy, being a typical Rohit Shetty brand has attracted people and drawn them to the theatres. Today marks day 14 since its release and the ticket sales at the Box Office in Mumbai is still rampant. This week also saw two highly promoted films releasing, but that does not seem to have affected this action pic at all.
The pictures below show the long queues lining up for the Simmba show at the Gaiety Galaxy Cinemas in Bandra, Mumbai, and fans still can’t get enough of this Ranveer Singh hit.
On the work front Ranveer will next be seen in Gully Boy and soon be starting work on the Kapil Dev biopic titled 83. On the other hand, Rohit Shetty will be making another addition to the Singham-Simmba universe with Akshay Kumar in it, which is tentatively titled Sooryavanshi.
