Lena Headey aka Cersei Lannister is one of the most hated characters on the hit fantasy drama show Game of Thrones. Yes, the mad queen that she became in the last season, might have an ugly fate in the final season. As we saw in season 7, Cersei destroyed Kings Landing by using wildfire and sat on the Iron Throne taking revenge from her traitors. But she was also seen forming allies with some; however, turns out that one of her allies will kill her in season 8. According to a fan theory, Euron Greyjoy who is the king of the Iron Islands will kill Cersei Lannister.

As some theories are doing the rounds about Cersei being seen lying in a bed of blood, it is said that’s how season 8 might actually start. Yes, as per the theory, season 8 might show Cersei sitting in the throne room, sipping some wine as Euron brings the golden company. But it may not be good news for the queen as she may get killed. In season 7, we saw Cersei sending Euron to hire the Golden Company for the upcoming war. Now in the final season, a raven will be sent to Winterfell addressing Jon Snow and the others that Cersei is dead and it will ask Jon to come and bend the knee to the new king Euron Greyjoy.

Well, Lena’s absence from the GOT premiere left many talking. However, the actress took to Instagram and revealed she missed the gala event because of her illness. Anyway, coming to the show, since Cersei has been through so much, it will be quite interesting to see how she dies in the final season. Are you guys excited? Comment below and let us know!
