Game Over v/s Kolaiyuthir Kaalam: Taapsee Pannu to clash with Nayanthara on June 14

Release date for Nayanthara starrer Kolaiyuthir Kaalam is finally announced. The film which has been in the making since a very long time is releasing on June 14. Well, seems like it is not the only film releasing on the same day. Taapsee Pannu starrer Game Over is also set to release on the same day. Which means it is Nayanthara v/s Taapsee on the big screen on June 14.

Talking about Kolaiyuthir Kaalam, the film was originally slated to release in January, but it got postponed and is releasing next month. Directed by Chakri Toleti it also stars Prathap Pothen, Bhumika Chawla and Rohini Hattangadi. The thriller will also be releasing in Hindi starring Tamannaah and Prabhudeva in the lead roles. The Hindi version of the film will be releasing on May 31.

Taapsee’s Game Over is directed by Ashwin Saravanan. This film is also releasing in Hindi and will be presented by Anurag Kashyap. There are also similarities between the character arcs of the actresses in both the films. Where Nayanthara plays deaf and mute, Taspsee is wheelchair bound.
