While the list of biopics and inspirational films being made is long this year, with every director or producer wanting to make one, singer-actor Himesh Reshammiya has bought the rights for the biopic of an inspiring and brave personality. Himesh, adding to the already long line-up, has taken up the rights for the Bishnu Shreshtha biopic. Who he is? And what will the film be about? Find all the details below.

Bishnu Shrestha is an Army Officer who fought against 40 Armed hijackers in a running train, the Maurya Express. In a real chain of events on September 2 in the year 2010, Bishnu fought single-handedly against the hijackers and overpowered them and saved the passengers. His act of bravery got him the bravery award and his name was registered in history. Himesh has taken up this project and refreshed the incident. Other details about the director and the lead cast and crew are still awaited, and will be announced soon. The research and screenplay of the Bishnu biopic is conceived by veteran journalist Praful Shah. The additional news is that the singer-actor, besides the cast and credits of the Bishnu biopic, will be announcing four other films as an actor by next month, which will include the sequel of his hit film The Xposé. Well, the plan seems good for him.

No tentative date for the biopic is out yet. While on this, next week will see the release of yet another biopic on our Prime Minister, starring Vivek Anand Oberoi, titled PM NARENDRA MODI. Besides these four new films that Himesh will be announcing next month, he will also be starting the shoot of his new TV show as a judge, for which the promos are already on air.
