Ever since the trailer for Kalank has released the film has created a lot of buzz. Not only the actors, but the entire vibe and feel of Karan Johar’s period drama have received appreciation. In the film, Alia Bhatt will be seen in a different role as Roop. In her recent media interaction, the Gully Boy actress spoke about her role in Kalank. She revealed how she took training for Kathak and even practised the dance form diligently. When Alia was asked if she ever thanks God for her exceptional performances and for getting an opportunity to work with big directors, the actress had quite an interesting answer.

Alia said, “I am not a religious person, I believe in being spiritual. I don’t pray much, I believe more in the universe. I never thought of Kalank’s teaser and the trailer getting so much love and then getting Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film and then a Rajamouli film. But I got a feeling to visit the temple and say thank you or donate some clothes.”

We must say the young star is quite humble of her achievements, though she doesn’t pray often she does her bit for humankind. Kalank releases on April 17 (2019), post that Alia has some exciting projects in her kitty. She will be working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman Khan on Inshallah, she will also feature in SS Rajamouli’s RRR the alongside Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
