India is all set to play New Zealand in the first semi-final match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 today (July 09). While India has been in full form, New Zealand has been faltering of late. Yes, before the match, we exclusively spoke to a few B-town actors regarding the semi-final encounter and they are excited to see how it goes down. While all of them have predicted an Indian victory, they also predicted that Rohit Sharma will hit a century!

The Indian vice-captain, Rohit Sharma, has been in top form at the Cricket World Cup 2019. In fact, he has hit five centuries in the tournament, creating a new record with that! But can he hit another ton? I feel Rohit Sharma will definitely hit a century, but I don’t want to jinx anything so I wouldn’t say anything about it. Rest, we definitely are winning tomorrow’s match against New Zealand. Talking about the final World cup match, India will win if it wins the toss. If the team loses the toss then it is going to be a fight. I am in London and I am looking forward to see the match.

I feel I am talking like an astrologer, predicting the outcome of the match. But yes, Rohit Sharma will score a century. This time a double century. Here’s wishing our team good luck, and I am proud the way they are playing in this tournament. We are surely winning the World Cup.

India has a great chance to win. There is a great chance for Rohit Sharma to hit a century too. The Indian team is in great form, I think it could be an India vs England final.

Rohit Sharma playing on the ground is enough for our team to win regardless of the fact that he hits a 100 or not. Talking about the finals, well India will definitely reach the finals and I feel England will be the opponents, most probably.

I am really excited about the semi finals and if we win, then we will win the finals as well. Two big games coming ahead, but I really want to say one thing with all honesty that the way India has played so far, we are already champions. Just in case, they don’t get the cup home, we are still very very proud of them. They have genuinely dominated everyone. We have been dominating world cricket for a while now and this time around we have proved it bluntly.

Talking about tomorrow’s game, I am really looking forward to Rohit Sharma’s game for sure. If we play both the matches now I am sure Rohit will have a key role to play. And key role is not only a century. No pressure bro, Rohit bhai we totally love you none the less.

Well we hope everyone’s bang on with their predictions and not only does Rohit Sharma hit a ton, but India also wins. In the meantime, stay tuned to CineBlitz for more exclusive news, updates and gossip right here.

Angel Has Fallen is raising the bar of the Fallen Series

Published at

Secret Service agents live in a constant state of high alert. At any given second, they have to be ready to thwart a near-infinite number of potential threats that could come from any country, any group, or any person, without warning.  Their sacrifices—the persistent danger, the merciless demands on body and soul, the stress on their relationships—are rarely recognised publicly, but they don’t do it for the recognition.  They do it because they are driven to serve the highest office of the land and the bedrock of democracy.

That kind of devotion has always defined Mike Banning in the movie Angel has Fallen. On the job, he is a cunning, dogged, laser-focused patriot, but he is also a self-questioning and at times a self-deprecating man who has his dark corners of jagged regrets and frustrations.  He has done and seen it all.  In Olympus Has Fallen, he rescued the First Family from a North Korean-led kidnapping inside the White House.  In London Has Fallen, he kept President Asher from harm during a terrorist attack on world leaders attending the British Prime Minister’s funeral.

Director Ric Roman Waugh jumped right away at the idea of exploring Mike Banning not just in jeopardy but in a chaotic state of mind.  He knew from making That Which I Love Destroys Me that a man like Banning would, like so many real-life warriors in the military and law enforcement worlds, have to pay the piper for the mental, physical and spiritual toll of his work.

“What I learned making the doc is that there are a lot of modern-day warriors who have a different kind of PTSD,” explains the director.  “It’s not the classic shellshock where they are running away from war. Instead, they’ve become addicted to war, to the intensity of it, and that makes it harder for them to return to society and everyday life.  We made the documentary about members of the military, but after it premiered, I started hearing from all kinds of other people, from first responders and law enforcement and more, talking about how they were going through the same thing. So, I felt from the beginning that this would be a very authentic and interesting journey to take with Mike Banning.  He is, as he’s told in the film, a lion, but there are consequences to always being a lion.”

Butler loved Waugh’s approach to the action. “Ric’s style is all about putting you smack in the middle of the chaos,” Butler explains. “He sucks you in with a gritty realism—so that even in the most insane scenarios, you feel you are right there in the moment with Banning.” For more updates from Bollywood and show business keep reading CineBlitz.
