Ranveer Singh has been giving back-to-back hits, right from Padmaavat to Simmba and the most recent beingGully Boy. The actor is on a hit spree. Currently, he is prepping for his upcoming film 83. The film is based on the 1983 cricket World Cup that the Indian team had won under former captain Kapil Dev. The entire story revolves around the victorious match. In the film, Ranveer Singh will be seen playing Kapil Dev and he is currently in Dharamshala where he and the rest of the actors who will be playing the other team members are intensively training for their parts as cricketers.

Ranveer Singh has always been a method actor, who lives out his character through the film. And now as part of his prep, the Simmba star has been styling his hair in wavy curls sporting hairstyle that resembles Kapil Dev’s hair. And we must say that he’s rocking the look too. The actor shared his looks on the Instagram handle and we must say that while the moustache and beard may not be a match, the hair is on point like Kapil Dev’s look. Check out the posts here:

Apart from Ranveer, the other actors starring in the film are Ammy Virk, Jatin Sarna, Saqib Saleem, Sahil Khattar, Jiiva, Adinath Kothare and some more actors. As the cast is under preparation, we can see their hard work through their social media posts and it would be interesting to see the final results of the film. This Kabir Khan film is set to release on April 10, 2020. But the efforts all are putting in for the film is surely going to make it worth the wait.
