Ishaan Khatter’s comment on Deepika Padukone’s pre-Met Gala pic will leave you in splits

Dhadak actor Ishaan Khatter is known for his childlike smile and goofy personality. He displayed this side of him in full force when he commented on actress Deepika Padukone’s Instagram post. The picture shows Deepika getting her hair touched up and her roots done while her tresses completely cover the front of her face. Ishaan’s witty remark “Chewbacca is that you?” truly left the netizens in splits!

The post came just a short while before her Met Gala appearance where she stunned in her gorgeous Zac Posen light pink gown that was both subtle yet jaw-dropping and left many comparing her to a Barbie doll.

On the work front, Ishaan hasn’t confirmed his next film as of yet but reports say that he’s been looking into scripts. Deepika, on the other hand, will be seen in the upcoming biopic on acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal titled Chhapaak, which is being helmed by Meghna Gulzar.
