Jimmy Sheirgill on his Operation Mayfair co-actor Hritiqa making her debut

Actor Jimmy Sheirgill heaped praises for his co-actor Hritiqa, who has made her Bollywood debut with the movie Operation Mayfair. A crime drama which revolves around a serial killer and how the mystery is resolved by detective, which is played by Jimmy and a psychiatrist, which is played by Hritiqa.

In a recent interview when asked about Hritiqa’s debut as an actor Jimmy quoted, “It’s not easy to play a role which Hritiqa was portraying in this film. Her character involves loads of layers and there’s a lot going on internally. She had to portray a role in where she had to do her duty on one side as well as live in present and handle the situation on the other. I think as a debutant she has done a fantastic job. It came out naturally from her as she’s also handling a crazy fan following on social media which is amazing.”

Operation Mayfair is based on a real-life incident which took place in London. It features Jimmy Sheirgill and Hritiqa as leads. The movie is released on 24th March.
