Kalank poster: Birthday girl Alia Bhatt looks like a royal princess

Days after unveiling the teaser, Karan Johar and the team of Kalank are now sharing new character posters from their film. And to celebrate Alia Bhatt’s birthday and to make it more special, they shared a beautiful poster of her character Roop today (March 15) on social media. On Thursday (March 14), character posters of the male leads – Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt – were already put out on the web. As for Alia, her poster is a close-up and she is looking absolutely gorgeous in it.

Talking about the new poster, Alia looks like a perfect example of calm and pious. With the tagline ‘Love fiercely, live fearlessly’, Alia’s eyes speak a lot as they glow like a ray of hope and her smile is just magical. Sharing the poster, the team at Dharma Productions tweeted, “Love fiercely, live fearlessly. Meet #Roop in cinemas on 17th April.”  Karan Johar also shared the same poster and wrote, “Courage has never looked this beautiful,” and we totally agree with him. Check out the poster right here:

Interestingly, this will be Alia and Varun Dhawan’s fourth film together after time Student of The Year, Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Set in the 1940s, we will get to see Varun and Alia romance once again in Kalank.
