We all know that Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover had a major fallout a couple of years ago. The duo have stayed away from each other ever since, having gone their own ways. Both the comedians weren’t a part of a TV show for the past couple of months, but they launched their own shows, one after the other, in December. Sunil Grover kickstarted Kanpur Wale Khuranas, while Kapil Sharma came back with The Kapil Sharma Show. And with that, their rivalry has intensified once again. Comparisons were drawn and they were pitted against one another. While we liked both their shows, looks like the audiences were more in love with The Kapil Sharma Show. Yes, Kapil Sharma has crushed Sunil Grover in the BARC ratings and we have proof.

The latest official BARC ratings reveal to us that The Kapil Sharma Show‘s inaugural episode got them a 3.4 rating, which reduced to 3.2 over the first weekend telecast. This is quite a decent number if you follow BARC ratings, but wait till you see what Sunil Grover’s show could manage! Kanpur Wale Khuranas opened to a BARC rating of just 1.1 and it dropped to 0.9 by the end of the opening weekend.
