Sonam K Ahuja has a new neighbour and it’s none other than Kartik Aaryan. We hear that the actor has recently purchased a rather upscale property in Juhu, which now makes him a Kapoor neighbour. And buzz is that he will be moving in soon after the interiors are done for his new bachelor pad. A source reveals, “The new house is his gift to himself. He’s getting it done more like a bachelor pad and the interior work is already on.” He currently has a home in a posh Andheri locality, but he was keen on moving in the Juhu neighbourhood, informs the source. Kartik had a superhit 2018 with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety raking moolah at the box office, and he wanted to treat himself.

This year, the actor has much to look forward to as well, as he has a several projects under his belt including the remake of BR Chopra’s Pati Patni Aur Woh, being made by Juno Chopra, where Kartik is slated to play the role of a husband caught in a love triangle, made memorable by Sanjeev Kumar in the 1978 comedy. The film may see him paired opposite Shraddha Kapoor for the first time. Buzz is that Shraddha will be seen playing Vidya Sinha’s role of the wife in the film, while Ananya Panday has been roped in for Ranjeeta Kaur’s role as the third angle of the triangle. The actor also has Luka Chuppi opposite Kriti Sanon. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film will be Kartik’s first release this year and also his first film with Kriti.
